 James M. Burns has been in private practice before the former Interstate Commerce Commission, United States Department of Transportation, Federal Maritime Commission and various State Regulatory Agencies and a member of the Association for Transportation Law Professionals since 1977.
A variety of interests represented include: Motor Carriers, Property Brokers, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers, Freight Forwarders and Private Fleet Operators.
Mr. Burns speaks frequently before numerous transportation related groups and associations, and conducts in-house training programs concerning transportation regulation for both Carriers and Shippers.
